The new Mitsubishi engine has been re-designed to the equivalent power of the diesel engine to operate on alternative fuels Compressed Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas.
The remanufacture of the engine in its new configuration has spark ignition, multi-port injection, fully sequential and a 7% CO 2 benefit over diesel engine configuration.
The cost efficient design was in service in Singapore for two years for waste management applications.
